No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Sell Your Look are final and non-refundable. By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or loss of interest

• Failure to use or engage with the course content or community

• Dissatisfaction with course results or personal outcomes

• Technical difficulties on your end (device, internet connection, etc.)

• Purchasing the wrong membership tier or plan

Why We Have This Policy

Sell Your Look is a digital product. Upon enrollment, you are granted immediate access to the full course library, workbook, and community. Because this content is delivered digitally and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.

Exceptions

We do not make exceptions to this policy. However, if you believe there has been an unauthorized or fraudulent charge on your account, please contact us immediately at contact@sellyourlook.com and we will investigate promptly.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and revoke all access to the Services without further notice.
