1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Broderick Hunter LLC, operating as Sell Your Look ("Sell Your Look," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the website at sellyourlook.com, the digital masterclass, the online community, and all related content and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, enrolling in our masterclass, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To access our Services, you must:

•        Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if between 13 and 17 years of age

•        Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

•        Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Membership

3.1 Account Registration

Access to the masterclass and community requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Membership Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the Sell Your Look digital workshop and community ("Membership"). Your Membership grants you:

•        Lifetime access to the course video library, including all current lessons and modules

•        Access to the Sell Your Look online community

•        Access to any course materials, workbooks, and supplementary resources made available to members

•        Eligibility to participate in workshops and interactive sessions as scheduled

"Lifetime access" means access for the duration that Sell Your Look continues to operate the platform. We do not guarantee the platform will remain active indefinitely.

3.3 Account Sharing

Your Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials, allow others to access your account, or resell access to the Services. Any suspected unauthorized account sharing may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Pricing

The fees for Membership are displayed at the time of enrollment. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect memberships already purchased.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our Services, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds once access to the course content or community has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue or exceptional circumstance, please contact us at contact@sellyourlook.com within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content available through our Services — including but not limited to videos, course materials, workbooks (including "Beyond the Lens: The Complete Guide to Modeling and Self-Branding"), written content, graphics, photographs, logos, and the Sell Your Look brand — is owned by or licensed to Broderick Hunter LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written permission:

•        Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any course content

•        Create derivative works based on our content

•        Record, screen-capture, or download videos or materials

•        Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make our content available to any third party

•        Use our content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with Sell Your Look

6.3 Your Content

If you submit any content to the community or platform (such as photos, comments, or other materials), you grant Broderick Hunter LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Community Standards and Conduct

As a member of the Sell Your Look community, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally. You agree not to:

•        Post or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful

•        Spam, solicit, or promote third-party products or services without our written consent

•        Impersonate Broderick Hunter, Sell Your Look staff, or any other person

•        Share personal information of other members without their consent

•        Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the community experience of others

•        Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate the accounts of members who violate them, without refund.

8. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

Our Services provide educational content related to modeling, personal branding, and self-development. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific outcomes, career results, agency signings, bookings, or income that you may achieve by using our Services.

Your results will depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual effort, experience, market conditions, and personal attributes. Any testimonials or examples shared are illustrative and not typical.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRODERICK HUNTER LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Broderick Hunter LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at contact@sellyourlook.com. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our Services are hosted on Squarespace and may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Broderick Hunter LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under governing law.

14. General Provisions

•        Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sell Your Look with respect to the Services.

•        Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

•        Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

•        Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
